Celebrate independence! Thursday, July 1, 2021 starting at 6pm. Bring your lounge chair, friends and family to Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. This outdoor celebration will include fireworks, inspirational music, food trucks (at your cost) and inflatables. This event is FREE to the public.

We have decided to make this our biggest Thunder on the Mount!

Music groups include NEWSONG, Austin French, John Waller and Humble Tip. The stage will feature two large video screens creating great visibility. Artist will do a signing directly following the event within CDC recommendations.

The professional fireworks display will feature a variety of firework shells that will illuminate the sky. This years show will last approximately 12 minutes and will feature a patriotic soundtrack.
